Gotta sit back and unwind!” Summer buzz is in full swing here at the Sock It To Me headquarters and we got to talking about all our fav things for the season! Although your feet MIGHT be in (ahem) sandals… we know you can never go too long before you need some socks! The summer makes us want to throw on our cutest Sock It To Me’s, jump on our bikes, hike up that mountain, and keep our toes warm by the campfire.

6. Favorite Summer Sweet Treat: Strawberry shortcake with homemade biscuits. YUM!
7. Favorite Summer Activity: Gardening! There’s such amazing flora in Portland. There are blossoms, plants and veggie gardens galore!
8. Favorite Summer Outfit: Sundresses, and dare I say flip flops!?!?

I love that I can wear shorts to work in the summer, so my awesome socks don’t have to hide under the ankles of my pants.

Carrots (just ate the first one from my garden yesterday!) going barefoot in said garden, scrubbing dirt off feet, and getting nice and cozy in a pair of walking art…(your socks, of course!:) ahhhhhh..that’s what I like.
Wearing cute socks makes me happy. Winter spring summer or fall…they always find a way to keep me light on my feet and make me smile.
But summer time is best ….because you get to show them off with shorts!

I love traveling during the summer! Visiting family, beach trips, birthday weekends with friends, weddings, etc. I can’t forget cute socks for the planes and trains!
Socks are an every day year round affair for me (see man). In the summer I do a lot bike riding so they’re crucial for me in terms of comfort and for the life of my sneakers.
Some say that you shouldn’t wear socks once it becomes warm enough to go without them but I say that’s just plain silly.
Summer tradition is Dave Matthews at the Gorge Amphitheater (aka Heaven’s Amphitheater) in WA with a TON of friends! Four days of camping, music and fun in the sun! ♫ ♫ Wouldn’t trade it for anything. <3 ☺
I love summer when the days stay light for so long and my windows can be open endlessly, but nothing beats putting on a brand new pair of socks!
Long days, warm weather, playing in the garden, dinner on the grill, open windows, no homework to wrangle, gin and tonics…LOVE SUMMER!
Summer — hmm! I love waterparks and sundresses and tubing and watermelon season! (lmao, I also enjoy turning the AC on 60 and pretending it’s winter.) All of Carrie’s sock picks are v. cute, but the manatees are the cutest thing ever and I’d love to wear them!
