What’s your position at Sock It to Me?

Technically, it’s “Interactive Marketing Manager and Web Designer”, but the position I applied for was Turducken. I’m still trying to get my official title changed to Turducken.

How long have you worked at Sock It to Me?

What is your favorite Sock It to Me sock currently?

This is a really really tough question to answer. I really like one of the socks that is in production now, coming out in the fall, Dinos in Space. But my favorite changes all the time.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Hiking, birding, going to bars, playing board games, seeing local bands, cooking, and walking around Portland neighborhoods.

Do you have any strange or unique talents? Or maybe just a regular one? Something your co-workers don’t know about? OMG tell us!

I almost definitely know more about Middle Earth than you. I don’t mean to brag, but I was the reigning champion of Lord of the Rings book trivia for the state of Oregon in March 2016 on a stupid quiz app I downloaded on my phone. Oh, and I can play piano and violin.

What do you like most about working at Sock It to Me?

The potential of the brand, our awesome fans, and the people I work with. People who work here are actually genuine: they care about each other and our customers. That’s something really special.

What do you think our customers love most about Sock It to Me?

Other than the amazing designs, probably our personal touch. I think that we make every interaction as human as possible, and I think people appreciate that.

What type of clothing do you think Sock It to Me should move into next?

Leggings and scarves, cause they would showcase our designs in really fun and easy to accessorize ways.

What is one food you can’t live without, and why?

Tomatoes, because duh: marinara, bruchetta, ketchup, pico de gallo, salsa, chili, caprese? Also, You can’t have pizza without tomatoes, guys. Tomatoes are life.

Flight. I take public transit, so it would be a lot more fun.
