Marsha is 42 and has been drawing and creating ever since she could hold things.
After over 20 years in the corporate graphic design
world, she recently decided it was time to make her part-time freelance business a full-time one.
Believing art makes the world a more beautiful place, Marsha is currently using her diverse artistic abilities to create art for licensing on products. She grew up inspired by the woodland creatures of western Pennsylvania, but currently lives in Renton, Washington with her husband, two cats and six very spoiled chickens.
Marsha went home with 10 pairs of socks and her $1000 prize money. She said she will be donating some of her prize money to a wild life refuge in honor of her design and use the rest for start-up costs for her new design business venture.
Samples of Marsha’s artwork can be found on her websites:
Well done! See her design “Forest Fox” ready for purchase around the end of the year!
