What’s your name?
What’s your position at Sock It to Me?
National Sales Director
How long have you worked at Sock It to Me?
3 years and 4 months (but who is counting?)
What is your favorite Sock It to Me sock currently?
I haven’t wavered on this since I started working here…it is the same one:
“Trifecta of All That is Awesome”, not only because it has cupcakes, robots and unicorns on it but also because it is pink and girlie and has the best name…EVER!
What do you like to do outside of work?
I hate to admit it but I am a Soccer Mom! I love coaching, attending and seeing my daughter play in her games. I basically spend most of my time making her happy, which often means doing some really fun things like going to water slide parks, bowling and taking trips to the coast.
I also am writing a memoir (and have been for 10 years). I hope to finish it someday soon!
Do you have any strange or unique talents? Or maybe just a regular one? Something your co-workers don’t know about? OMG tell us!
My passion is Interior Design. My house is full of great art and furniture—some are one-of-a kind pieces. I have been in the NY Times for the building in Brooklyn I helped renovate and I helped Molly Shannon renovate her Chelsea rental apartment.
Oh and my voice is in the Washington Square public toilet in San Francisco (at least it was the last time I checked)…don’t ask why (it’s a long story)!
What do you like most about working at Sock It to Me?
My quirky, nice and fun co-workers. Every day I have an interaction with someone that makes me laugh…sometimes for days.
What do you think our customers love most about Sock It to Me?
Our whimsical, light hearted designs, superior quality product and our awesome customer service—sorry I couldn’t name just one thing…
What type of clothing do you think Sock It to Me should move into next?
Novelty t-shirts or tank tops! I personally would love one with pugs and sloths but not necessarily together!
What is one food you can’t live without, and why?
Mac N’ Cheese because it is rich and delicious and comforting.
X-Ray Vision or Flight?
Definitely FLIGHT- there is too much in this world I would rather NOT see than see!
