Get to Know: Birds of Prey

Get to Know Birds of Prey

Owls can be eerie, but they are certainly beautiful.

SITM: What’s your superpower?

Prey: I have amazing vision, both physically and metaphorically.

SITM: What do you do to relax?

Prey: I use camouflage to blend into a tree. I love the feeling of watching prey when no one knows I’m watching.

SITM: What do you think customers will like most about you?

Prey: People often find comfort and meaning in my likeness. They believe that representations of my form will bring them protection because of my skills as a hunter.

SITM: What is your life philosophy?

Prey: There is no reason, as a hunter, to lack grace or beauty.

Owl bet you’re ready for a pair of Birds of Prey.

Get to Know: Birds of a Feather

This interview contains fowl language.

SITM: What is your life philosophy?

Birds: A bird in the hand is worth 20 on your feet.

SITM: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Birds: Moving up in the pecking order. Maybe with a little nest egg.

SITM: What is your favorite song?

Birds: My own! I like to sing it loudly in the morning.

SITM: What’s your favorite leisure activity?

Birds: Nesting and tweeting.

SITM: What’s your favorite part of being on the SITM team?

Birds: I’m proud as a peacock to join this flock, not really sure we could peck a favorite.

Ready to join the flock?  A little birdie told me where to find Birds of a Feather knee highs.

Get to Know: Hangry Birds

We could learn a lot from these snacktastic socks.

SITM: What is your life philosophy?

Hangry Birds: One man’s lunch is now my lunch.

SITM: What is your perfect date?

Hangry Birds: Yours, if you’re on a picnic.

SITM: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Hangry Birds: Hopefully not too fat to take off with your snacks.

SITM: What’s your superpower?

Hangry Birds: Flying away with your lunch

SITM: What is your favorite song?

Hangry Birds: I Ran (Away with your food)

SITM: What do you think customers will like most about you?

Hangry Birds: I’ll steal a pizza your heart.

Ready for a bird’s eye view of these socks? Snatch up a pair of men’s Hangry Birds before they fly off the shelves.

New socks! Lots of them.

It’s that time when a new round of socks come in to enliven our supply of feet treats. Not that we dislike any of the other socks on our shelves, but it’s just so exciting to get new stuff. And we are super smitten with this lineup of fresh styles. Some come from past design contests (both global and local to Portland) and some styles come from the ol’ idea bank (always dreaming, we tell you). We hope you like them as much as we do. Because if you don’t… well, it’s just pointless for us to go on now, isn’t it? Thankfully, we get to dream big because you dream big. So thanks for that!

Annnnnd if you have your own creative bank stocking up fun design ideas, please take note of our 2nd International Design-A-Sock Contest, just around the bend now. So get online, grab the template here, and then start creating. It’s that easy! Well, there are some rules and regulations… so take note of the online version and stay tuned for more details soon.
