The sun is out and the heat is rising! It’s the perfect time to stay cool indoors with a nice book in hand. We asked the Sock It to Me team for some of their favorite books to read and this is what they said (along with them modeling their favorite socks!)
You can’t spell party without “art,” and this year’s Design-A-Sock Contest is uniting the two! The theme is “Join the Party!” and it’s calling on you to celebrate with your self-expression and creativity, one design at a time.
Mariana Beatriz Wu is an illustrator who uses vibrant colors and eye-catching shapes in her work, and it was her design, “Fruity Bloom,” that was selected among the top 30 as one of our three winners for last year’s Design-a-Sock Contest. Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Mariana has always been committed to passionate self-expression that is vivid and fearless; she truly represents how to “Be Bold. Be You.”
