Oh boy are we pumped up for this holiday weekend! Three days of pure summer goodness! 4th of July is the perfect time to ride your bike down to the pool and jump in! We can’t wait to host a bbq, shoot off some fireworks and take full advantage of a this AWESOME 3-day weekend! To help you get your weekend off on the right – Sock It To Me covered foot, we want to offer this AMAZING recipe for one of our ALL TIME FAVORITE (easy to make) FOODS! Guacamole! YUMMY! Seriously, bring this to a party, and you’ll instantly be named the party MVP!! (Trust us!)
What you’ll need:
- 4 ripe avocados
- 4 cloves garlic smashed and diced
- 1/2 a white onion chopped
- 1/2 a jalapeno seeded + diced (more if you like it spicy)
- fresh cliantro loosely chopped
- juice from 1 fresh lime
- salt (to taste)
What you do:
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together until creamy, but still chunky. Rip open a bag of tortilla chips and DEVOUR!
